Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain medical equipment may not be returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., reagents, consumables)
- Intimate or sanitary medical products
- Hazardous or flammable medical supplies
- Customized or special-order medical equipment
- Gift cards and downloadable products
Partial refunds may be granted if items are:
- Used or damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Missing original packaging or parts
- Returned after 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
For rented items, a 30% deduction will be applied before issuing the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time to post.
- Contact your bank.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for high-value medical equipment.
